The Eppendorf Microplates bring an outstanding clarity to your laboratory! It has never been this easy to pipette, control and recover samples with a polypropylene microplate. The easy-to-read alphanumeric label of the OptiTrack® matrix on each plate makes it unbelievably easy to identify individual wells, speeds up the filling process and significantly reduces the risk of errors. The high transparency is outstanding and ensures that you can always quickly locate your samples. The Microplates are also available in Eppendorf LoBind material for maximum sample recovery when only limited amount of sample material is available.
High transparancy and OptiTrack®
Eppendorf Microplates feature the highest level of transparency compared to other polypropylene plates and therefore facilitate sample identification considerably. Furthermore, the contrast–rich OptiTrack matrix allows considerably faster identification of individual wells. These advantages not only facilitate the work; in addition, errors and contamination are avoided, which would result in considerable amounts of extra work. The equally speedy well identification thus contributes to improved reproducibility when processing time–sensitive reactions. Application Note 202: Eppendorf Polypropylene Microplates – Fast and secure identification of samples.
RecoverMax® well design
Optimized well geometry for maximum sample recovery and excellent mixing/resuspension properties. The rounded and smoothed design of well corners prevent sample loss and minimize the residual volume. In square–well plates, the smooth contours also reduce capillary effects in well corners ("wicking") thus minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.
